AWANA 2026-2027 will run from 9/09/2026 - 5/21/2026 on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:30PM. We are in serious need of your help to get our volunteer positions filled! Thank you so much for considering joining ou club as a volunteer

VOLUNTEER ELIGIBILITY PREREQUISITES

Before volunteering with our Children's Ministry, each applicant (18 years-old and above) must hold an at-least three month membership at Calvary Road Baptist Church. Beyond the membership requirement, each applicant must submit to a National Criminal Background Check and comply with Calvary Road's Child Protection Policy (2013) which requires the submission of the Child Protection Policy Signature Page.

After submitting this registration form you will receive a Confirmation Email that provides the web-links to complete the application for your Background Check and for viewing the Child Protection Policy and submitting the Child Protectiopn Policy Signature Page.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

There are three (3) separate clubs within our overall AWANA Clubs ministry:
Cubbies (children ages 3-4)
Sparks (children in Grades K-2)
Truth & Training - T&T (children in Grades 3-6)

What is your current experience with AWANA Clubs?

This will be my first time serving as an AWANA Volunteer I've served as an AWANA Volunteer for a whole club year I've served in AWANA for 3+ years

I will commit to completing the online AWANA training that is provided for my assigned role (MANDATORY for new AND returning AWANA Clubs volunteers)
