VOLUNTEER ELIGIBILITY SECTION

Before you begin, please know that you, in order to volunteer for Vacation Bible School, must hold an at-least three month membership at Calvary Road Baptist Church. Beyond that, a National Criminal Background Check is required as well as an adherence to the Calvary Road Baptist Church Child Protection Policy which requires the submission of a Child Protection Policy Signature Page.

After you submit this registration form you will receive a Confirmation Email that provides the web-links to complete the application for your Background Check and for viewing the Child Protection Policy and submitting the Child Protection Policy Signature Page.
