Return to Calvary Road: Saturday, 10/15 at 11:00 P.M.*
*Pennsylvania students attending this trip will be picked up on Thursday 10/13 at the Philipsburg YMCA parking lot to travel to VA. Students will spend that night, and the night of Saturday 10/15 at Pastor/Mrs. Corey's house. On Sunday 10/16, students will go to church at Calvary Road and after lunch we will return to PA (Philipsburg YMCA) around 5:00 P.M.
The cost for this event is $95 per student plus cash/debit card for two (2) dinner meals [1 meal at a fast-food restaurant and 1 meal at Williams Stadium] and for optional snacks at two (2) Sheetz stops. - Estimated spending money needed: $30-35 per student. Note: There is a bookstore/gift shop on the Liberty University (LU)campus selling coffee/sodas/snacks and LU gifts/clothing items. No one is required to purchase anything while at the bookstore.

We will be staying at Sleep Inn/Lynchburg on Friday evening, 10/14. There will be up to four teens assigned to each room. Adult leaders WILL NOT be assigned to student rooms. We will, however, take effective precautions to ensure that students cannot leave their rooms during the night once inside. We will inform you as to what motel we will be lodging at as the trip date draws nearer.
NOTE: Teens can request roommates for the motel stay inside this registration form. The leaders will do our best to accommodate each request but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

VERY IMPORTANT: Your confirmation email will include an online link to Calvary Road's Medical Release Form that is required for ALL students who are participating in this event. Without the completed Medical Release Form, students WILL NOT be allowed to attend this event.
Once you complete the Medical Release Form, it will cover this and ALL FUTURE Calvary Road student events through August 31, 2023.
