The cost for this event is $150 per person plus cash/debit card for two (2) dinner meals [1 meal at a fast-food restaurant and 1 meal at Williams Stadium] and for optional snacks at two (2) Sheetz stops. - Estimated spending money needed: $30-35 per student. Note: There is a bookstore/ gift shop on the Liberty University campus selling coffee/sodas/snacks and LU gifts/clothing items. No one is required to purchase anything while at the bookstore.

We will be staying at Tru by Hilton on Friday and Saturday evenings, 10/31 & 11/1. There will be up to four participants assigned to each room. Adult leaders WILL NOT be assigned to student's rooms. We will, however, take effective precautions to ensure that students cannot leave their rooms during the night once inside.
NOTE: Participants may request roommates for the hotel stay inside this registration form. The leadership will do our best to accommodate each request but we cannot guarantee all requests.

VERY IMPORTANT: Your confirmation email will include an online link to Calvary Road's Medical Release Form that is required for ALL students (Grades 7-12) who are participating in this event. Without the completed Medical Release Form, students WILL NOT be allowed to attend this event.
Once you complete the Medical Release Form, it will cover this and ALL FUTURE Calvary Road student events through August 31, 2026.
