AWANA 2025-2026 will run from 9/10/2025 - 5/20/2026 on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm-8:30pm. We are in serious need of your help to get our volunteer positions filled! Thank you so much for considering joining our club as a volunteer.
VOLUNTEER ELIGIBILITY PREREQUISITES
Before volunteering in our NextGen children's ministry, each applicant (18 years-old and above) must hold an at-least three month membership at Calvary Road Baptist Church. Beyond the membership requirement, each applicant must submit to a National Criminal Background Check and comply with Calvary Road's Child Protection Policy (2013) which requires the submission of the Child Protection Policy Signature Page.
After submitting this registration form you will receive a Confirmation Email that provides the web-links to complete the application for your Background Check and for viewing the Child Protection Policy and submitting the Child Protectiopn Policy Signature Page.
Let us know, below, if you meet these requirements now. If not, you can, with church membership, complete the required steps for volunteering by viewing your Confirmation Email.
There are three (3) separate clubs within our overall AWANA Clubs ministry:
Cubbies (children ages 3-4)
Sparks (children in Grades K-2)
Truth & Training - T&T (children in Grades 3-6)
